Before QuestIE gets to work on your behalf, an introductory meeting will generally be held first, which is free of obligation. This can be followed by an extensive intake meeting and/or quick legal scan.

Extensive intake meeting
An intake meeting will delve more deeply into the details of the matter than an introductory meeting. During a one-hour meeting, we assess your legal position, go through all of your questions and take stock of any action items. For this, you pay a fixed fee.

Quick legal scan
A quick legal scan is a general assessment of your legal position. For example, we will assess the legal value of contracts concluded with or by you and explain the rights and obligations ensuing from these contracts. In addition, we will point out any legal pitfalls and other aspects that may or must be tackled.

Follow-up
Stage If you then need more legal advice or legal assistance, we will make additional arrangements regarding the costs of the follow-up stage. Our office costs are low, thanks to our efficient working method. As a result, we can charge very competitive hourly rates. If you prefer certainty about the costs, we can agree a fixed fee in advance.
